🔹 Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting & Training Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee training programs for security personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure the hiring of qualified candidates and maintain high training standards in line with company policies and industry regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Duties:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Conduct background verification and reference checks for security staff.
• Coordinate with operations team to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment database and employee records.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
Training Duties:
• Develop and conduct training programs for new recruits and existing security personnel.
• Organize induction programs, refresher courses, and skill enhancement training.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and licensing requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with external trainers or regulatory authorities when required.

🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment and training (security industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of manpower planning and training coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle large-scale recruitment drives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
