Overview:
We are currently hiring a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a
strong focus on customer service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing
reservations, and providing general support to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and inquiries both in person and over the
phone.
• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings and room availability.
• Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel
assistance.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and presentable manner.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and reservation systems (training
can be provided).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary Range: LKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
