Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Female)
Prime Medicare Colombo is a growing, patient-focused medical centre delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and well-presented Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Core Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 working Days
1 day off per week
Flexibility required to cover sickness or annual leave outside core hours only when necessary
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and registering patients in a professional and courteous manner
Managing appointment bookings and telephone enquiries
Handling billing, invoicing, and basic administrative duties
Coordinating with doctors and clinical staff
Maintaining confidentiality and accurate patient records
Supporting smooth daily operations of the clinic
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email systems, EMR systems preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Previous experience in healthcare or front-desk administration is an advantage
