🌟 Receptionist cum - ADMIN🌟
📋 Requirements
🎓Education: Passed G.C.E. (A/L)
🗣️Language: Good command of English and Sinhala
💻Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
👤Demographics: Female, aged between 20–35 years
⏳Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
📍Location: Applicants residing in close proximity to Colombo-10 are highly preferred
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📞 Communication: Attending to incoming and outgoing telephone calls
🚗 Compliance: Ensuring timely renewal of licenses & insurance for company vehicles
🛒 Procurement: Purchasing office materials, including stationery and supplies
🧹 Facility Management- Overseeing janitorial and security service operations
📬 Logistics: Managing Registered Post and courier services, and coordinating deliveries
📦 Inventory: Maintaining and handling the distribution of stationery and office equipment
🔧 Maintenance: Coordinating the servicing and repairs of company vehicles
📂 HR Support:** Maintaining and updating employee HR records
