Age Limit : 23 – 40 Years
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front office role
• Fluent in English and Sinhala
• Tamil language ability will be an added advantage
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in the Colombo 03 area
• Passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L
Job Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
• Coordinate appointments and manage schedules when required
• Provide administrative support to the management and staff
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Salary
