Customer Care Executive - Colombo 03
We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive in Colombo 03.
Requirements:
• Male or Female candidates
• Age below 30 years
• Fluent in English is essential
• Ability to communicate in Sinhala or Tamil
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care is compulsory
• Passed GCE O/L and GCE A/L
• Ability to work in the Colombo 03 area
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members according to business requirements
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with relevant stakeholders
