02 Job Vacancies – Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
♦Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BOQs and quantity take-offs
- Cost estimation and project cost control
- Evaluation of subcontractor payments and valuations
- Preparation and review of tender documents
- Monitoring project budgets and reporting
- Coordination with site and project teams
♦ Requirements:
- NCT QS /HND/ Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and quantity surveying practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
