• Manage and monitor project costs throughout construction.

• Assess and manage project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.

• Produce detailed reports and maintain project records.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Proven experience in cost management for construction projects.

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift).

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
