The Role

We are looking for experienced Property Consultants who can independently manage clients, close deals, and handle a premium portfolio of luxury apartments with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Independently manage clients from first inquiry to agreement signing.

* Conduct viewings and provide expert guidance on Colombo’s luxury apartment market.

* Build strong relationships with property owners and secure repeat listings.

* Negotiate offers confidently to close deals efficiently.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely weekly activity updates.

* Work closely with acquisition and marketing teams to manage and promote your property inventory.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of real estate or high-level sales experience.

* Strong understanding of Colombo’s luxury apartment market and client expectations.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

* High professionalism, discipline, reliability, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Remuneration

AKARA offers an attractive basic + performance-based remuneration package, with strong monthly incentives and bonuses. High performers earn significantly more based on deal closures and portfolio quality.
