We are on the lookout for production supervisor who will be responsible for the entire shift operations of the Plant.

Role & responsibilities
1. Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.
2. Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the Employees & Junior staffs.
3. Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.
4. Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre set production targets.
5. Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over
6. Product audit & Process audit.
7. Customer Complaint Analysis and process reject analysis and reduction.
8. Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.
9. Maintaining and updating records in SAP.
10. Production Planning
11. Willing to work on night shifts.
Requirements:
• A- Level (Advance Level)with science(Chemistry, Physic and Maths) from a recognized organisation.
• Experience in rubber related manufacturing unit preferred.
• Knowledge about ISO.
• Computer literacy is must.
