💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Education: G.C.E. A/L passed in any stream (Maths/Science streams will be an added advantage)

【~】✪ Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG)

【~】✪ Age: Below 30 years

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Strong leadership & team management skills – ability to supervise a small team

【~】✪ Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities in production processes

【~】✪ Effective communication skills (Tamil speaking will be an added advantage)

【~】✪ Sound knowledge of MS Excel

【~】✪ Understanding of manufacturing excellence tools – 5S, Kaizen, TPM (added advantage)

【~】✪ Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking

【~】✪ Basic knowledge of production planning & scheduling tools

【~】✪ Ability to interpret and analyze manufacturing KPIs

【~】✪ Experience using Quality Management Systems (QMS)

【~】✪ Understanding of Health, Safety, and Compliance protocols

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards

【~】✪ Supervise and guide a team of production staff to meet shift targets

【~】✪ Monitor manufacturing KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

【~】✪ Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices to enhance workplace organization and productivity

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations

【~】✪ Coordinate with planning teams to optimize production schedules

【~】✪ Maintain accurate production records using ERP and QMS systems

【~】✪ Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions promptly

【~】✪ Full-time, on-site role based at Dilmah Tea manufacturing facilities

【~】✪ Shift-based schedule with rotational duties as required
