💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Education: A/L passed in any stream (Maths/Science streams will be an added advantage)

【~】✪ Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Excel

【~】✪ Understanding of manufacturing excellence tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM (an added advantage)

【~】✪ Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking

【~】✪ Basic knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools

【~】✪ Ability to interpret and analyze manufacturing KPIs

【~】✪ Experience using Quality Management Systems (QMS)

【~】✪ Understanding of Health, Safety, and Compliance protocols

【~】✪ Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG)

【~】✪ Age: Below 30 years

【~】✪ Strong leadership & team management skills, with the ability to supervise a small team

【~】✪ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in production processes

【~】✪ Effective communication skills (Being able to speak Tamil will be an added advantage)
