Key Responsibilities
• Achieve 80% of the production target
• Familiar with line balancing techniques based on SMV values
• Collaborate with the factory / production manager to develop and implement production plan
• Plan all operations in sewing process as per the deliveries according to production plan
• Monitor daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Maintain accurate production reports and records
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training and support to ensure safe and productive work environment
• To minimize absenteeism and turnover reduced by motivating subordinate effectively
