Printing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily printing operations and production schedules

* Supervise machine operators and production staff

* Maintain and monitor printing machines and equipment

* Coordinate with sales and design teams to meet customer requirements

* Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in digital or offset printing management

* Strong knowledge of printing machines, materials, and finishing processes

* Leadership and team management skills

* Ability to handle multiple jobs under tight deadlines

* Good problem-solving and communication skills
