Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to handle the maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of all machinery in our furniture manufacturing factory, including
panel saws, edge banding machines, CNC, boring, and knockdown machines. The role is
hands-on and requires someone who can work independently to keep machines running
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform daily maintenance and emergency repairs on panel saw, edge banding, CNC,
boring, and knockdown machines.
● Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
● Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
● Reduce downtime and improve OEE through continuous improvements.
● Maintain records of repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
● Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
● Experience in a manufacturing setup (woodworking/furniture machinery preferred).
● Strong troubleshooting skills—mechanical, electrical, CNC systems.
● Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance
