Part-Time Personal Secretary

We are looking for a well-organized, responsible, and trustworthy Part-Time Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal assistance to a Director.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and reminders
*Assist with preparing documents, letters, reports, and presentations
*Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks
*Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
*Assist with travel arrangements and bookings when required
*Handle occasional personal and administrative tasks
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
*Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
*Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Able to work independently
Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month (Negotiable)
