ROLE
The Managing Director is seeking a personal assistant to help develop and implement company strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry but also flexible and willing to learn about other industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement systems across marketing, lead generation, human resources, finance etc.
- Prepare marketing material and publish advertisements.
- Manage phone lines with good phone etiquette.
- Facilitating payments to multiple official and personal stakeholders.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director.
SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English is essential.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information and maintain confidentiality.
- High standard of honesty and integrity.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office [Word, Excel & PowerPoint].
