Key Responsibilities:
Lead bi-weekly performance review sessions with subteam leaders.
Conduct weekly KPI meetings with team members to track progress and provide feedback.
Prepare monthly appraisal and evaluation reports for staff.
Review and update task-related roadmaps to ensure alignment with objectives.
Conduct peer reviews to support employee development and maintain consistency in evaluations.
Qualifications:
Retired professional with a background in management, HR, operations, or education.
Strong experience in conducting employee or academic evaluations and performance reviews.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
