Job Description:
* Contact customers daily via phone calls.
* Follow up on outstanding payments.
* Convince and remind customers to settle dues.
* Maintain proper communication records.
* Coordinate with internal team regarding payment status.
Responsibilities:
* Make regular follow-up calls to customers.
* Ensure timely payment collection.
* Report daily progress to management.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills (Tamil / Sinhala / English preferred).
* Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
* Basic knowledge of handling calls and records.
* Prior experience in collections or sales is an advantage.
* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Salary & Benefits:
* Daily Salary: Rs. 3,500/=
* Attractive commission based on collections.
