We are looking for a Office Admin to support the Managing Director
with day-to-day Arrangements, Meetings, Internal Control Activities, and Documentation Work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the Managing Director with Scheduling, Coordination, and
Follow-up Tasks.
* Maintain Correspondence, Filing Systems, and General Office
Operations.
* Manage Simple Day-to-Day Tasks of Other Directors as Required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Sinhala & English.
* Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
* Ability to Handle Basic Computer Work (MS Word, Email
Communication, Letter Typing).
* Ability to Work Independently and Maintain Confidentiality.
* Responsible, Polite, and With an Open Mind set.
* Must Need Light Vehicle Driving Licence.
