Looking for driven and pro-active candidates to join following opening in a fast paced team within a successful fashion supply business, to look after their Ladies and Children’s clothing line.
The opportunity is for individuals to take real ownership of the processes relating to their respective Job profile, reporting to and working alongside the Creative Director. I am looking for candidates who are self-motivated with a positive attitude, ideally from a fashion background within womenswear.
• Understand product specifications and develop patterns according to the given T&A by evolving for product development process effectively. preference given the candidates who are highly skilled and proficient with handling the knit and woven fabrics both.
• Ability to manage the initial technical designs packs, working with factory sample rooms to develop technically correct, Fit correct, right first-time samples made to the correct production viable standards.
• Deliver effective and complete tech pack to meet the production requirement.
• Risk assessment for each technical design pack to anticipate potential issues and execute actions to resolve the issues.
• Overall knowledge of handling Knits and Woven fabrics
• Candidate should be able to perform manufacturing and product development areas.
• Good communication skill and leadership skill is must.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry
• Degree or Diploma in pattern making /grading or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & and work in a team-based environment.
