We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Packing Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, packing, and dispatching products accurately and on time, ensuring all orders meet company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, pack, and label customer orders according to packing guidelines.
Verify order accuracy before dispatch and ensure items are undamaged.
Maintain inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling products safely.
Keep the packing area organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Assist in receiving and restocking products when necessary.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
GCE O/L or A/L qualification.
Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move packages safely.
Basic computer literacy (for order tracking and labeling systems).
Team player with good communication skills.
