• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
Candidate Profile
Passed G.C.E. A/L
Age below 30
Should be able to handle administrative and secretarial work
Excellent skills in commutation and multitasking
Should possess a pleasant personality
Should have IT literacy and a good command of both written and spoken English
Minimum 1 or more years' experience as Personal Assistant to MD/Director/CEO
Salary – Negotiable depending on qualification and Experience
