Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and staff
• Ensure top-tier customer service and complaint handling
• Manage inventory, quality, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate team schedules, tasks, and reporting
• Ensure smooth equipment and system functionality
