he position is for a tourist bungalow in Hatton. We have started a brand new bungalow which will have both residential guests – 7 rooms with dining with plans to start a restaurant/dining facility for 100 pax. We are looking for a young upcoming chef aspirant who will be willing to grow with our operation. We will be having altogether 14 rooms in the old wing and the new wing. Hands-on knowledge and experience in all kinds of menu preparation and willingness to learn is expected from the candidate. Top level food safety and hygienic standard maintenance is a must. The new wing has a fully equipped brand new kitchen which would available for the right candidate to handle with care and love.
