Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process incoming customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms.
Verify order details, ensuring accuracy in product selections, quantities, and pricing.
Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery times, and special requests.
Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory in our system.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and handling follow-ups efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, warehouse, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with order management software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
