Job description
. Create and manage roster every week.
. Coordinate with fulfillment partners for timely deliveries.
. Guide the team through quick order processing and admin tasks.
. Lead and support the customer service team across chat and calls.
. Monitor performance and ensure quick fulfillment times.
Qualifications
. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
. Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
. Fluent in English and Sinhala.
. Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with a proactive attitude.
. Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
. Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
