Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting and dispensing eyewear, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interpreting prescriptions, helping customers select frames and lenses, and performing basic repairs and adjustments to eyewear.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on their prescriptions and personal preferences.
• Interpret and explain optical prescriptions to customers.
• Fit, adjust, and repair eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescriptions.
• Perform quality control checks on completed eyewear.
• Manage inventory of frames, lenses, and accessories.
