Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency in Colombo 6, specializing in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Operations Manager** to oversee our team and ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, accounting, and administration.
As an Operations Manager you will manage multiple departments, coordinate daily operations, implement business strategies, and ensure the team delivers high performance and excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all team members, including agents, marketing executives, accountants, and administrative staff
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions
• Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and sales operations to achieve business goals
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute business strategies
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, team management, or real estate management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
• Knowledge of real estate operations, digital marketing, and basic accounting is a plus
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and handle a fast-paced environment
