An immediate vacancy is available for an experienced Service Station Operations Manager at a well-reputed and established service station in Gampaha.

Rapid Go Carwash has been successfully operating for over 20 years, serving a loyal and well-established customer base. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service and maintaining a dedicated, long-standing team of staff.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service station, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support the continued growth and efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities

✅Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day station operations to ensure smooth workflows, including oil delivery, site maintenance, and 24/7 security.

✅Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff (Service Champions) to ensure high customer service standards and productivity.

✅Financial Performance: Manage budgets, P&L reports, cash control, payroll, and stock control for fuel and retail products.

✅Safety & Compliance: Act as the Designated Premises Supervisor (if required), enforcing strict Health & Safety, fire, environmental, and legal regulations.

✅Customer Experience: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment to enhance guest satisfaction.

✅Inventory & Supplier Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations to reduce waste and ensure product availability.

Requirements:

✅Previous experience in managing a service station or automotive service operations (Min 2 years)

✅Strong leadership and team management skills

✅Good communication and organisational abilities

✅Ability to manage daily operations effectively
