【~】✪ 12–15 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management role; preferably in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

【~】✪ Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities.

【~】✪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

【~】✪ Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative, people-first mindset.

【~】✪ Demonstrated commitment to high ethical and professional standards.

【~】✪ Open to work according to standard U.S. time zones (7 PM – 4 AM) and calendar.
