We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and improving organizational processes while working closely with various departments to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to align goals and streamline operations.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure operational objectives are met.
Team Leadership:
Train and supervise junior staff or team members involved in operational processes.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Open to School Leavers as well.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in English, Sinhala. Tamil would be an added advantage.
Proven experience in an operations role or similar position in the logistic field.
Knowledge in MS Office packages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
