Responsibilities
*Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
*Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality are met.
*Work with staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining high quality standards while satisfying customer needs and enhancing the company's reputation.
*Must have ability to take full responsibility of the store and staff
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
*Fluent in English is must.
*Must have good knowledge of computer technology (Word , Excel , E mail , Etc)
*Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
*Knowledge of sales promotions, inventory management.
*Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
