ใ~ใโช 6 months to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with experience in the RCM industry are also encouraged to apply).
ใ~ใโช Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
ใ~ใโช Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
ใ~ใโช High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research/education.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work U.S. standard hours and calendar. Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

ใ~ใโช Should be able to make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
ใ~ใโช Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.
ใ~ใโช Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
ใ~ใโช Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.
ใ~ใโช Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.
