ใ~ใโช Between the ages 19 to 28, with a keen interest in building a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
ใ~ใโช Minimum 1 year of experience in the KPO/BPO sector (preferably with a background in Revenue Cycle Management - RCM).
ใ~ใโช Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
ใ~ใโช Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
ใ~ใโช Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
ใ~ใโช Flexibility to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

ใ~ใโช Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and follow-up until resolution.
ใ~ใโช Coordinate effectively between internal departments to support issue resolution and operational flow.
ใ~ใโช Meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume and quality goals.
ใ~ใโช Reconcile daily batch postings to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payment processing.
ใ~ใโช Ensure payments and adjustments are accurately recorded in the Practice Management System.
