Operations E - Commerce Assistant

We are a growing kids’ clothing brand looking for a proactive and versatile Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process online orders

Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support

Assist with website/social media messages and basic online issue resolution

Support day-to-day business operations and team coordination

Ideal Candidate

Organized, reliable, and quick to learn

Good communication skills

Basic computer and social media knowledge

Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a startup environment

Ability to communicate in 3 languages is a plus

Note: This role requires flexibility and willingness to learn across different functions as the business grows.
