Operations Assistant – Track & Tracing / Roadside Assistance

We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our Operations Team for Track & Tracing and Roadside Assistance operations.

Responsibilities

Track trucks and shipment progress from pickup to delivery

Coordinate with drivers and provide timely updates

Handle roadside assistance requests and emergencies

Maintain communication with dispatch and operations teams

Ensure smooth and timely delivery operations

Requirements

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Team coordination and problem-solving skills

Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts
