About the role

We are looking for a Female Operations Assistant with fluent English skills to join our growing travel & tour operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)

• Coordinating drivers, vehicles, and tour schedules

• Assisting with bookings and confirmations

• Supporting day-to-day tour operations

• Maintaining basic records and reports

Requirements:

• Female candidate

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel)

• Previous tourism or operations experience is an advantage
