🔸 About the Role

The Operations Assistant will play a key role in coordinating office activities, handling communication, and ensuring smooth operational flow across departments. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations and office coordination

Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners

Translate documents, emails, and business materials (Chinese ↔ English/Sinhala)

Support management during meetings, calls, and negotiations

Maintain records, reports, and task follow-ups accurately

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow

Handle customer inquiries and support operational compliance

🔹 Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory

Excellent communication and interpretation skills

Experience in operations, administration, or customer handling is a plus

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation

Responsible, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Male candidates are preferred
