Operation Assistant – Wattala (Male)

💠 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Receive, monitor & process online orders (delivery platforms & internal systems)

✅ Ensure order accuracy and timely confirmation

✅ Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations

✅ Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally

✅ Report operational issues to the supervisor when required

💠 Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in operations / online order handling (F&B preferred)

✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & order systems)

✅ Experience with online food delivery platforms is an added advantage

✅ G.C.E. (A/L) or above

💠 Working Time:

✅ 8 hours hours shift
