Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor daily deliveries, ensuring smooth operations and on-time performance.
• Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation with accuracy and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support supervisors in monitoring courier staff and maintaining compliance with SOPs.
• Manage operational records, reports, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
• Coordinate insurance processes related to logistics operations, including preparing and submitting insurance documents, tracking claims, liaising with insurance providers, and ensuring full compliance and timely resolution for delivery incidents or damages.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Female candidate preferred, age below 30 years.
• Minimum G.C.E. (A/L) qualification; Diploma in Administration, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in operations or logistics coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a highly demanding environment and meet strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
