We are looking for a self-driven and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a newly opened co-working space in Nugegoda. If you are proactive, with strong management and communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the co-working space.
• Maintain client relationships, manage bookings, and memberships.
• Ensure a friendly and organized work environment for users.
• Handle basic IT infrastructure (internet, printers, access systems).
• Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of the space.
• Collaborate with local suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare and send regular reports to the owner (working remotely).
Requirements:
• Experience in operational management or business administration.
• Basic IT knowledge (handling internet, networks, equipment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Previous experience managing a co-working space is an advantage.
