【~】✪ Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & Website

【~】✪ Guide customers on product selection, promotions & sizing

【~】✪ Convert inquiries into sales with excellent customer engagement

【~】✪ Manage order processing, confirmations & follow-ups

【~】✪ Coordinate with Stores & Dispatch team for timely deliveries

【~】✪ Maintain accurate records of daily sales & inquiries

【~】✪ Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Prior online sales or customer support experience is an advantage

【~】✪ Strong communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil/English preferred)

【~】✪ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

【~】✪ Good typing skills & social media knowledge

【~】✪ Friendly, patient & sales-focused personality
