We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Online Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Facebook and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to WhatsApp & Facebook inquiries promptly and professionally
Engage customers and guide them toward booking decisions
Clearly explain packages, pricing, and services with confidence
Share images and product details effectively
Follow up leads to maximize conversions
Coordinate effectively between branches and customers
Maintain daily sales reports and inquiry tracking
Requirements:
Proven experience in Online Sales / WhatsApp Handling / Customer Service
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and ability to handle and convert online leads effectively
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala (English is an added advantage)
Strong communication ability with effective coordination skills
Confident, friendly, and professional tone in customer interaction
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Business, typing, image/file handling)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Strong sales mindset with target-oriented approach
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
