【~】✪ Manage product listings and basic updates on online platforms

【~】✪ Create engaging content for social media (posts, captions, offers, basic visuals/videos)

【~】✪ Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers

【~】✪ Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

【~】✪ Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and follow-ups

【~】✪ Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
