📍 Location: Batticaloa

The Office In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, handling client inquiries, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing both administrative and client-related tasks efficiently.

✒ Oversee and coordinate daily office operations.

✒Handle client inquiries professionally and provide necessary information.

✒Manage administrative tasks such as document handling, record keeping, and filing.

✒Support the management team with scheduling, communication, and reporting.

✒Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients.

✒Handle payments, receipts, and basic office correspondence.

✒Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams.

✒Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

✒Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

✒Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Email) is a definite advantage.
