Job Vacancy: Office Clerk (Warehouse Operations)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory and warehouse records
Assist in preparing delivery notes, invoices, and documentation
Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams
Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks
Organize files and ensure proper record keeping
Support daily operational activities as required
Requirements:
Good English reading and writing skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email)
Ability to follow instructions and work systematically
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Previous experience in office or warehouse support roles
Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
