We are a growing rubber product business seeking a reliable Admin/Cashier to handle daily office tasks, manage payments, and assist customers. The role involves cashier duties, record-keeping, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments and manage daily cash flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and orders.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies.
- Manage invoices, quotations, and basic bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with production on orders and shipments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English reading and writing knowledge
- GCE OL / AL
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an added bonus
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
