What You’ll Do:

• Manage office files, records, and data entry

• Handle petty cash and process invoices

• Greet visitors and manage phone calls

• Organize meetings and prepare minutes

• Handle emails and draft documents

• Manage office supplies and equipment

• Support projects, events, and financial tasks

• Provide excellent customer service

What You Bring:

• Fluent in English & Sinhala

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with petty cash handling

• Prior admin experience (preferred)

• Bachelor’s in Business (optional)
