**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office administrative tasks.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Support other staff with administrative duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
